When I arrived at Thinkful, I only knew basic HTML. Through collaborating with a senior developer a few times every week, I learned web development by building three original full-stack apps.

After studying web development for a few months, I took an internship at Liferay, where there was a need for people to learn the software and contribute fixes to the ever-growing list of tickets. During my time there, I fixed bugs on the front-end user interface, prototyped new features to be used for internal sites, and rewrote/updated the internship training materials for future interns.

When I arrived at SILO, they were in the process of ramping up their marketing efforts and the amount of albums they were producing. I researched potential leads and assisted in creating targeted playlists of songs that music supervisors would love. In addition, I organized their large catalog of music so that appropriate songs could be found with ease and simplicity.
