Over the course of 15 years, led Sales, Sales Operations, and Operations teams to record setting performances and budget achievement. An aptitude for science and math gave me the ability to comprehend my research and determine the correct methods and procedures when developing a healthcare software for improving patient workflow. Using decision trees, ranking algorithms, and an innovative vision for including human behavior patterns I built a new approach to handling paperwork and getting patients into care. I believe the evolution of the best business leaders is acquiring business function related coding skills over the next decade to better manage performance and create efficiencies. I intend to leverage an atypical skill set in the developer community combined with new coding knowledge and capabilities to inspire peers, team members, and the community.

After many hours of building, trialing, re-building, and fine-tuning the methodology for the healthcare software, I emerged more curious than ever and eager to learn more. I consumed everything related to software development, code, math, and computer science. Utilizing what I learned, I began building business software using no-code, low-code tools and Google Apps Script to automate process for small businesses. Left with a desire to build on this foundation, earlier this year I completed the Coding Dojo bootcamp with a certification as a Full-Stack Developer. From the time I started self-teaching until the completion of the bootcamp, my experience is going on two years.

I enjoy it most in it's purest form. In other words, it's the problem-solving, evaluations, testing and challenges in building the code that I enjoy most.
