I'm an upcoming junior looking to get my software development career started. I love working with web development technologies, and it's what I spend much of my time out of the classroom learning about.

I've learned theory and Java through college, but web development and actual practice has been attained through online resources and books.

The satisfaction of solving a problem that's been torturing you for days on end and watching something compile and run successfully is second to none. Programming has changed the way I think about everything, and has made me a better problem solver and logical thinker in every way. I don't think someone can truly understand what step-by-step problem solving is until they've programmed.
